Lead Digital Strategiest (SEO, Social, Ecommerce Strategy) JJ Group New Division
Full-Time | Hybrid / Onsite
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Lead Digital Strategist to take ownership of digital strategy across SEO, social media, and integrated campaigns. responsible for strategic direction, alignment, and performance outcomes.
You are expected to lead thinking and own results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Leadership & Strategy
Define overall digital strategy aligned with business goals
Lead integrated digital planning across organic, social, and campaign channels
Set performance benchmarks and KPIs
2. SEO Leadership (Core Strength Required)
Own SEO strategy and roadmap across technical, on-page, and off-page
Guide content and optimization priorities
Review SEO performance and adjust strategy based on results
3. Social Media & Campaign Direction
Define strategic frameworks for social media platforms
Guide content pillars, campaign themes, and funnel alignment
Collaborate with ads and creative teams on campaign execution
4. Analytics, Reporting & Decision-Making
Interpret data from GA, Search Console, and social platforms
Present insights and recommendations to management
Make data-informed strategic decisions
5. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work directly with senior management
Coordinate with Creative, SEO, Ads, and Social teams
Ensure alignment, accountability, and execution quality
Qualifications Required
5+ years experience in Digital Strategy or Digital Lead roles
Strong SEO expertise with documented results
Experience leading or mentoring team members
Strong analytical and strategic mindset
Fluent English communication
Tools
GA, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, Meta, TikTok, Canva, Notion, Sheets
