Key Responsibilities:
● Lead pre-production, production, and post-production processes for video content on T-Space Media channels (including Live Sessions, Podcasts, and Event documentation).
● Conduct audits of existing video archives and establish consistent, professional visual branding standards.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to manage technical requirements for cameras, lighting, and sound systems during the production process.
● Ensure all content output meets high-quality standards to increase T-Space's value to strategic partners.
Additional Information: These positions will be managed independently within a lean team structure that prioritizes cross-divisional collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
Role Summary: Responsible for the entire audiovisual production cycle to transform T-Space into a "Content Factory" that attracts sponsors.
Qualifications:
● Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma in Multimedia, Broadcasting, or Film.
● Proficient in operating professional production equipment and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
● Possess a strong portfolio in creative content production, particularly live music sessions or talk show programs.
