Senior AWS DevOps Engineer  

As a senior member of the team, you will not only manage tools but also act as a strategic partner to our development teams, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our engineering velocity, responsible for building robust CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized environments, and ensuring our AWS ecosystem is secure, cost-effective, and highly available.

• Experience: 7+ years in IT/DevOps, with a significant focus on AWS ecosystem design.
• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect – Professional or DevOps Engineer – Professional preferred.
• ​Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expert proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation to build scalable, repeatable environments.
• ​Migration Strategy: Deep understanding of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and the ability to choose the right "R" (Rehost, Refactor, etc.) for specific workloads.
• Security & Governance: Experience setting up Landing Zones, Control Tower, and complex IAM permission boundaries.
• ​Cost Management: Ability to implement FinOps practices to monitor and optimize cloud spend for the client.
• ​Leadership: Experience leading technical transitions and communicating cloud value to non-technical stakeholders.
