Senior Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do:

Stay ahead of the markets, monitor global FX, financial trends, geopolitical shifts, and macroeconomic indicators.

Analyze and forecast, perform both technical and fundamental analyses to predict currency movements and identify trading opportunities.

Innovate with data, leverage historical datasets and advanced tools (Python, R, etc.) to build predictive models and automate analysis.

Develop strategies that move the needle, design and implement FX/financial trading strategies aligned with our investment goals.

Collaborate for impact, work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and leadership to hedge currency risks and drive smarter investment decisions.

Communicate insights clearly, deliver sharp, actionable reports and briefings (daily, weekly, monthly) for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ensure compliance & manage risk, uphold regulatory standards while assessing and mitigating FX exposure and investment risks.

What You’ll Bring:

Deep knowledge of FX markets, macroeconomics, and trading strategies.

Hands-on experience with financial modeling, data analytics, and trading platforms.

Proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical tools is a plus.

Strong communication skills, you can explain complex market movements simply and clearly.

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, you don’t just follow trends, you anticipate them.

What We’re Looking For

A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field or a CFA/FRM certification.

10+ years of hands-on experience as an FX/Financial Analyst, Trader, or in a similar role. Experience in investment management or the startup world is a big plus.

Strong command of FX/financial trading platforms and data analysis tools, you know your way around market data and insights.

Deep understanding of technical indicators, chart patterns, and risk management strategies.

Familiar with Python, R, or other programming languages used in quantitative analysis.

A sharp analytical mindset with a natural ability to solve complex problems.

Confident communicator and presenter who can turn data into stories and insights.

Fluent in English both written and spoken.
