Job Description
- Responsible for planning and execution for product representing
- Do research and maintain market need for product and value add
- Manage marketing tools for supporting sales and marketing team
- Establishes marketing and product strategy to support achievement of company sales, profitability and market share obiective of the products
- Develop, executes and controls produce plans and programs both short and longterm to meet company objectives
- Studies market and identifies new opportunities
- Keep abreast of market development and competitive activities in order to maximize business opportunities
- Develop and recommend pricing strategy for Strategic business unit which for sustainable profit and sales growth
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing teams and delivery team to ensure proper implementation of marketing plan and achievement of company sales target and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 and most preferable S2
- Experience in product at least 5 years in reputable company
- Experience work in hardware/consumer industry serve both modern and traditional market or channel
- Advanced on MS office skills
- Demonstrates strategic planning & project management and product development
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa and English)
