- Menyusun, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi program pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
- Melakukan Training Needs Analysis (TNA) untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan.
- Mengembangkan materi, modul, dan metode pelatihan yang efektif.
- Memimpin pelaksanaan program pelatihan serta melakukan coaching dan mentoring kepada tim trainer.
- Memonitor dan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan serta menyusun laporan dan rekomendasi pengembangan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan seluruh departemen untuk memastikan program pelatihan mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Training, Learning & Development, atau posisi sejenis.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan menyusun program pelatihan.
- Berpengalaman sebagai trainer dengan spesialisasi pengembangan soft skills.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, coaching, dan mentoring yang baik.
- Memiliki attitude yang baik, mampu bekerja cepat, serta memiliki sertifikasi TOT Level 3 menjadi nilai tambah.
