- Learn about the client's business challenges and technologies to understand their business need.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives.
- Work with customers to provide feedback to product teams for new content and products.
- Create and develop B2B proposals.
- Conduct presentations, pitches, and demonstrations to showcase the company's products/services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients or partnerships to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Maintain and develop relation with existing client/partner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience 5 years in business development, sales, or related roles, with a track record of successfully driving revenue growth.
- Have background or experience in service firm or consulting (B2B/B2C). sector will be highly preferred.
- Have experience in Startup and Education industry is a plus.
- Ability in negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Strong in time and task management.
- Experience in selling, negotiating, problem solving, multitasking and adaptability with fast-paced environments.
- Willing to Hybrid (1-2x WFO per-week).
