Mandarin Speaking Finance Accounting Specialist  

Job Description

1. Handling daily bookkeeping, journal entries, account reconciliations & financial data adjustment (On Balance Sheet & Off Balance Sheet).

2. Manage and support financial reporting comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standard (PSAK/IFRS).

3. Checking & verifying transactional documents.

4. Handling petty cash report.

5. Support in internal or external company audit, or any Finance due diligence.

6. Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transaction (All GL control worksheet).

Qualifications

1. Limited working Mandarin proficiency (reading, writing, conversation)

2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Economy or Accounting major.

3. Having at least 3 years of working experience at relevant position.

4. Having experience of financial auditing process to prepare worksheet and required docs by auditor.

5. Familiar with financial reporting and management reporting.

6. Quick learning capability, strong self-driving ability, have high initiative and good analytical skill.

7. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

8. Strong skill in MS Excel. Able to use accounting software (Accurate) properly.

9. Deep understanding of P2P company business and Tax standard principles and practices.
