Social Media Specialist  

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies (Instagram & TikTok) aligned with Skintific's brand objectives and target audience.
• Stay updated on beauty industry, emerging trends, and platform updates to continuously enhance Skintific's social media presence and effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain content pillars to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in messaging and branding.
• Preparing a long-term plan for social media planning, especially for Skintific's upcoming product launches
• Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Manage a team of social media, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for optimization.

Job Brief:

Skinfitic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. This strategic role will involve overseeing content planning and development, establishing content pillars, and managing a team to execute our social media strategies effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales through our social media channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience > 1 year in social media management (Instagram & TikTok), with a focus on strategy development and team leadership
• Passionate in beauty industry
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
