Job Description
As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy merchants’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing positive relationships and handling merchants’ needs
- Generating new sales using existing and potential networks
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Attend to concerns/issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Monitor merchants’ volume and report on the status of their accounts
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Lead Generation
- Account Monitoring / Management
- Contribute in developing new business and company growth
Minimum Qualifications

- Must have 2 years of experience in sales and account management
- Preferably basic knowledge in e commerce
