About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Security Project Engineer with strong hands-on experience in networking, cloud security, firewalls, proxies, or cybersecurity.
This is a technical and client-facing role. You will support enterprise customers with cloud security implementations, troubleshooting, technical discussions, and project delivery.
You do not need to be a pure Project Manager. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, comfortable working directly with customers, and able to manage technical projects independently.
What You'll Do
Manage cloud security implementation projects from start to completion
Work directly with customers and partners on technical requirements and deployments
Lead or support technical meetings and workshops
Configure and troubleshoot cloud security solutions
Work with SASE, SSE, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP technologies
Support traffic steering, proxy, PAC files, VPN, IPsec/GRE tunnels, and SSL/TLS
Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, SSL inspection, and security policy issues
Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve customer issues
Track project progress, technical activities, and deliverables
Provide technical guidance and explain solutions clearly to customers
Minimum Qualifications

What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
Cloud Security
Network Security
Network Engineering
Firewall Administration
Proxy / Gateway Technologies
Cybersecurity
Strong understanding of:
TCP/IP
DNS
Routing
VPN
Firewalls
Proxy
SSL/TLS
Experience with SASE/SSE, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, or DLP
Hands-on experience with IPsec/GRE, PAC files, traffic steering, or SSL inspection is a plus
Experience with AWS or Azure is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable communicating directly with customers and technical teams
Good English communication skills
Able to manage multiple technical tasks/projects independently
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:

Zscaler
Palo Alto
Fortinet
Cisco
Other SASE/SSE or cloud security platforms
