Mobility Team Lead is responsible in oversseing the pallning, execution, and management of all aspects of the company's mobility services.
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to ensure high performance and meet business needs
- Developing and implementing mobiltty strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Identifying and implelenting process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the mobility services.
- Overssing the entire mobility assignment lifecycle, from planning to repatriation
- Managing relocation logistics, including visa and immigration requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in Mobility Services: relocation, immigration, and etc.
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems and develop solutions
- Ability to manage complex projects and ensure timely delivery
- Willing to work onsite from Mondays - Fridays
