Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, maintain clean books, and support our day to day accounting needs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate categorization of expenses and timely processing of payments through platforms like BILL.

Responsibilities:

• Categorize and record financial transactions accurately
• Maintain up to date and organized financial records
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and issue payments via BILL
• Collaborate with the team to support financial reporting needs
• Assist in preparing reports for tax filing and financial audits
• Monitor cash flow and flag inconsistencies or irregularities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and BILL
• Experience working with US based companies

Nice to Have:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and expense categorization
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
