This is a full-time role for a Java Enterprise Developer at YONDU INC.', located in Makati City Metro Manila. As an experienced Java Enterprise Developer, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications that power our client's business solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Design, develop and implement robust, scalable and secure Java-based enterprise applications (J2EE)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, well-documented code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies, frameworks and methodologies to improve development processes
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Java Enterprise Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java and related enterprise technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Maven, etc.)
- Experience in designing and developing large-scale, distributed, cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools
- Exposure to agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
