- Melakukan peninjauan dan verifikasi secara teliti terhadap laporan keuangan utama, seperti neraca (Balance Sheet), laporan laba rugi (Income Statement), dan laporan arus kas (Cash Flow Statement), untuk memastikan akurasi, validitas, dan kesesuaian dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku.
- Menjalin komunikasi dan koordinasi yang efektif dengan tim Akuntansi dan departemen terkait lainnya untuk menindaklanjuti pertanyaan atau temuan yang muncul selama proses verifikasi laporan, serta memastikan penyelesaian masalah secara tepat waktu.
- Melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap laporan keuangan untuk mengidentifikasi tren kinerja, mengevaluasi kesehatan finansial perusahaan, dan menyajikan insight yang relevan kepada manajemen sebagai dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, atau jurusan terkait lainnya.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai staff.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai auditor lebih diutamakan.
- Dapat mengoperasikan Ms Office, terutama Excel.
- Jujur, teliti, dan multitasking.
- Dapat bekerja secara team maupun individu, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, kemauan, serta niat untuk belajar hal baru.
- Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan cepat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dan pekerjaan.
