Implementation Associate  

• Configure forms based on input and feedback from end-users or other Implementation Team members.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Team to understand client requirements and needs.
• Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple ongoing tasks and shifting priorities.
• Assist the Customer Success team with Professional Service requests by configuring new forms or
modifying existing ones.
• Accurately track time spent on tasks.
• Maintain high standards for quality in all deliverables.
• Comply with HIPAA requirements for handling patient data.

• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solve client problems.
• Strong customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Independent, logical, and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with diverse personality types.
