Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time Merchant Support Administrator who is a self-starter, organized and is a fast learner to join our team. Our company is growing quickly and there are many opportunities to advance and grow. This will be a remote position that reports to the office in Manila once a month for our team gatherings and the hours for the position will be the night-shift. This is from 9 pm to 6 am PH time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Gathering all the supporting documentation to submit to various merchant banks in the U.S.
- Communicate with various banks in the U.S. regarding merchant applications..
- Create various third-party agreements and obtain signatures using DocuSign.
- Heavy amounts of manual data entry into our CRM and various spreadsheets.
- Work on ad hoc operational and administrative projects.
- Digitally file all important documents and maintain an organized folder system.
