Create compelling Instagram content (posts, stories, reels) that highlight the company’s culture, values, and employee experiences.
Support the HR team in organizing employer branding events.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee testimonials and success stories for use in recruitment marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Conduct research on competitors' employer branding strategies to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage the company’s social media account and interact with audience.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
Passion for branding, marketing, and storytelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual design.
