Job Description
- Prepare and manage test environments to support SIT, UAT, and other testing activities.
- Configure and maintain test environments based on project requirements.
- Manage user access and permissions for testing environments.
- Coordinate and schedule environment usage to avoid resource conflicts and ensure availability.
- Provide and maintain test data in accordance with testing requirements.
- Monitor environment performance, stability, and availability, and proactively address issues.
- Support testing activities and maintain proper documentation related to environment setup, configuration, and changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining testing environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure components, including on-premises/cloud servers, operating systems, databases, and middleware.
- Proven experience in ensuring test environment stability, availability, and performance.
- Experience in environment provisioning, deployment support, and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot environment-related issues and coordinate resolution with infrastructure and application teams.
- Familiarity with SDLC, testing lifecycle, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
