Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operation.
2. To optimize visa processing process, to lower the rate of mistakes, to lead counters to counters to achieve an effective and efficient way of visa processing.
3. Assessing the client’s need and to meet those needs.
4. Emergent problem solving. Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees, resolving emergencies in the workflow of visa processing.
5. Seeking of way on how to improve the business operation.
6. Ensure that all staff are onboard and understand the needs or what is required for them.
7. To establish business objectives and rules of staff.
8. Preparing of weekly and monthly report regarding on employee's performances
9. Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, tourism or hospitality management and or related fields.
- Having management experience, strong understanding or management, financial and leadership principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong experience in customer service, marketing and sales related field.
- Time and project management skills.
- Can provide foundational knowledge of decision-making and data analysis
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Written and Verbal Communication
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
- Knowledge in Payroll (Advantage)
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm
