- Melakukan penjualan booking fee kepada calon pelanggan potensial
- Bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim guna mencapai target penjualan bulanan
- Menjaga sikap positif, empatik, dan profesional dalam setiap interaksi dengan pelanggan guna memastikan kepuasan pelanggan
- Menggali kebutuhan pelanggan melalui pertanyaan yang tepat dan mengarahkan hingga proses pembayaran booking fee
- Menyampaikan informasi terbaru mengenai promosi, kampanye, atau produk/jasa perusahaan kepada pelanggan
- Mencatat seluruh interaksi dengan pelanggan serta memproses leads secara terstruktur
- Memahami secara mendalam produk dan layanan perusahaan untuk memberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, Diploma (D3), atau setara
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 (satu) tahun di bidang Sales atau bidang terkait
- Bersedia bekerja dengan target dan memiliki motivasi tinggi
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Terbiasa menggunakan komputer dan perangkat teknologi lainnya
- Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang Customer Success dan pelayanan pelanggan
