- Membantu bartender menyiapkan bahan baku dan kebutuhan operasional bar.
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok minuman, garnish, es batu, dan perlengkapan bar.
- Melakukan pengisian ulang stok serta membantu penyimpanan bahan baku sesuai standar.
- Menjaga kebersihan area bar, peralatan, gelas, dan perlengkapan kerja.
- Membantu proses persiapan dan penutupan operasional bar.
- Melakukan pengecekan stok serta melaporkan kebutuhan bahan kepada atasan.
- Mendukung kelancaran operasional bar sesuai SOP restoran.
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang F&B menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami dasar kebersihan, sanitasi, dan penyimpanan bahan baku.
- Cekatan dalam menyiapkan kebutuhan operasional bar.
- Teliti, disiplin, rajin, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim serta mengikuti arahan bartender.
- Mampu bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis dan di bawah tekanan.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur.
