Service Technician

• Installation & Commissioning – Set up, configure, and commission new equipment at customer locations.
• Maintenance & Repair – Perform regular preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs.
• Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve technical problems through diagnostic tests and hands-on repair work.
• Customer Support – Provide prompt technical assistance, address customer inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Documentation – Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, sales, and support teams to meet customer needs.
• Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure all services meet quality benchmarks and comply with safety regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related field).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and components.
• Proven diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Must have driving skills and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols when working with machinery and equipment.
