Visual & Multimedia Designer  

We’re assisting our client, an early-stage consumer brand, in hiring a Visual & Multimedia Designer to create graphics, short-form videos and motion content for social media, digital ads, e-commerce and retail.

You’ll collaborate with the Founder and marketing team to bring campaigns to life. If you have strong design skills, enjoy working across formats and like experimenting with new tools—including AI—we’d love to see your portfolio.

• Relevant professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, content production or video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, visual storytelling and content created for digital and social platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools, with a solid understanding of typography, layout, composition and branding.
• Strong short-form video-editing skills and an understanding of motion graphics; advanced animation skills are a plus.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and Meta Ads, from polished campaign assets to timely, engaging social content.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools is highly valued; a background in consumer, lifestyle, sports, wellness, food & beverage or fashion brands is an advantage.

Ability to follow creative direction, contribute original ideas and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

A resourceful, adaptable approach, with the ability to create quality work within lean budgets and respond to changing priorities.

• Create visual assets for the client’s social media, digital advertising, e-commerce, retail, events and brand campaigns.

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Meta Ads, incorporating motion graphics, animated text and transitions.

• Collaborate with the Founder and marketing team to turn campaign ideas, scripts and performance insights into effective creative content.

• Develop campaign visuals and adapt them for product launches, promotions, creator collaborations, retail materials and community events.

• Edit and repurpose creator content, user-generated content and event footage into brand and advertising assets.

• Support content shoots through shot planning, visual references and production assistance, and retouch product and lifestyle imagery.

• Use AI-assisted creative tools where appropriate to explore concepts and improve production efficiency, while staying current with design and content trends.

• Maintain brand consistency, optimize assets for platform requirements and organize creative files, templates and asset libraries.
