AI Video Podcast Editor  

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented AI Video Podcast Editor to edit podcast episodes with speed, creativity, and consistency using both traditional editing tools and AI-assisted platforms. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment and is eager to integrate AI technologies to optimize the post-production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit podcast video episodes for YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Descript, Opus Clip, Wisecut, Runway) for faster editing, transcription, subtitling, and content repurposing.
• Cut long-form content into short-form, engaging highlight clips for social media distribution.
• Ensure all episodes follow branding guidelines, include required overlays, captions, music beds, and transitions.
• Manage post-production timelines and deliver edited videos on schedule.
• Work closely with producers and content teams to understand episode context and visual goals.
• Maintain an organized library of assets including intros, outros, music tracks, and templates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing or platform exports.
• Continuously explore and recommend new AI tools or editing workflows to improve speed and quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of video editing experience (podcast editing experience preferred).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools like Descript, Opus Clip, Wisecut, Runway, or ChatGPT for content generation.
• Strong understanding of visual pacing, storytelling, and formatting for different platforms.
