Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain IDN Flutter Coding Standards
- Assist other flutter developers to up their game by regularly pairing/mobbing
- Perform code reviews and approve PRs
- Help resolve blocking
- Proactively fix tech debts
- Proactively improve code maintainability and adaptability (easy to change)
- Work with DevOps to develop and maintain automated scripts and tools in order to improve Developer experience
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years in Flutter engineer
- Knowledge of state management choices and their pros and cons
- Knowledge of the concept of sound null safety and the skill to take advantage of it
- Knowledge of flutter lifecycle, flutter navigation, and routing choices
- Skill in BLoC and reactive programming
- Skill in freeze_union or similar builder
- Skill to implement flutter animation comfortably
- Skill to create and publish flutter library
- Skill or ability to use go_router
- Ability to recite a handful of flutter standard widget catalog comfortably without looking at the references
- Does not be afraid of platform channel
