The Finance and Admin Associate's responsibilities include mainitaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, and processing of payemnts and reimbursements.

The Finance and Admin Associate will manage daily tasks of IThinkWeb Corporation by providing administrive and clerical support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage registration and compliance of the company with government agencies
• Prepare and process General Information Sheet (GIS) with Securities and Exchange
• Manage payments and remittances of the company for mandatory government benefits such as in the following; Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), ​Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth)
• Update procedures on payments, such as monthly statutory payments and other payables, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information
• Process and compute monthly payroll
• Create and update records of daily transactions
• Back up electronic files using proper procedures
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management and HR/FA team
• Ensure office supplies are maintained, which includes checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
• Assist in planning travels, trips, meetings, and other arrangements for the company
• Assist with financial management by encoding and filing financial materials for proper management procedures
• Prepare reports and documents for finance and admin purposes
• Work with external auditor for end-of-year reports for SEC and BIR
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
• Assist with visa application
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Finance and Office Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role or related internship experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
• Knowledgeable with Corporation business requirements, compliance and renewal of Business permits
• Good understanding of Philippine mandated benefits
• Knowledgeable with taxation and end of the year audit report for GIS and BIR
• Experience with online payments and remittances of government mandatory benefits
• Experience with assistance in Visa Application is a plus
• Must be patient and have a keen eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Time-management and organization skills
• Strict handling of confidential documents
• Willing to work daily onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City [Not Hybrid/Remote]
