Job Description

Disini kamu bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proses penjualan end-to-end, mulai dari akuisisi unit (owner), pendampingan customer saat survei unit, hingga proses negosiasi dan closing. Posisi ini berperan aktif dalam membangun relasi yang kuat dengan pemilik unit dan calon penyewa, memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang optimal, serta mencapai target penjualan di area yang ditugaskan melalui pendekatan yang profesional dan konsultatif.

Key Responsibilities

  • Melakukan pendekatan dan menjalin kerja sama dengan pemilik unit apartemen berdasarkan database maupun hasil mapping area.
  • Membangun relasi yang baik dengan owner dan calon penyewa selama proses sewa berlangsung.
  • Mendampingi customer saat survei/showing unit serta memberikan penjelasan lengkap terkait unit, fasilitas, harga, dan skema sewa/investasi.
  • Melakukan profiling kebutuhan customer dan memberikan rekomendasi unit yang sesuai.
  • Menerapkan teknik sales (rapport building, negosiasi, dan closing) untuk mencapai target.
  • Memastikan data properti dan customer tercatat dengan akurat dan lengkap.
  • Mengelola aktivitas penjualan di area yang ditugaskan serta menjaga kepuasan pelanggan.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pengalaman di bidang Sales, Business Development, atau posisi yang berhubungan langsung dengan customer (minimal 1–2 tahun lebih disukai).
  • Komunikatif, persuasif, percaya diri, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan closing yang baik.
  • Berpenampilan rapi, profesional, dan disiplin dalam mengatur jadwal.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara mobile/lapangan dan fleksibel (6 hari kerja, termasuk akhir pekan/hari libur).
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM aktif (A dan/atau C).
