- Melakukan perbaikan dan perbaikan sipil gedung
- Membuat Gambar , BQ ,progres penanganan dan estimasi penyelesaian keluhan bidang sipil
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait terhadap tanggapan keluhan
- Melakukan koordinasi terkait perizinan kerja pihak ketiga
- Membuat pengawasan terhadap pekerjaan perbaikan sipil yang dilakukan pihak ke 3
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Sipil
- Pengalaman bekerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang perawatan gedung
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait Project Management
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait pelayanan pelanggan
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai sipil dasar
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi dan persuasi yang baik
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan sistematis
- Memiliki Ketelitian, kreativitas dan inisiatif yang tinggi
