Sustainability Analyst  

ESG Data Management and Reporting Support

• Coordinate the collection, consolidation, validation, and monitoring of ESG data and supporting documents from business units and subsidiaries.
• Maintain ESG trackers, templates, dashboards, and reporting files to support sustainability disclosures, governance requirements, and audit readiness.
• Support the preparation of sustainability reports, disclosures, presentations, and reporting materials aligned with applicable ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements, including GRI, SASB, IFRS S1 and S2, SEC, and other emerging sustainability disclosure standards.
• Coordinate data clarification, corrections, and follow-through with assigned stakeholders, data handlers, and approvers.

Stakeholder Coordination, Engagement, and Governance Support

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, data owners, and approvers to support sustainability reporting timelines, governance processes, internal reviews, and disclosure approvals.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, sustainability workshops, materiality assessments, and strategic planning sessions.
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials, documentation, minutes, and internal sustainability updates related to ESG reporting and sustainability governance initiatives.

ESG Research, Benchmarking, and Platform Support

• Conduct sustainability research and benchmarking on ESG best practices, peer disclosures, regulatory developments, and reporting standards, including GRI, SASB, IFRS S1 and S2, and other relevant frameworks.
• Summarize research findings and provide actionable insights to support sustainability planning, reporting improvements, governance practices, and strategic initiatives.
• Support ESG platform administration, data upload monitoring, and coordination of user concerns or technical issues.
• Contribute to supply chain sustainability initiatives, including supplier sustainability surveys, sustainability assessments, and Scope 3 data collection activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability reporting processes, governance practices, ESG systems, and data management.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in analytical, reporting, or data management roles related to sustainability, ESG, finance, governance, compliance, engineering, or corporate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or related sustainability fields. Advanced coursework or certifications in ESG, sustainability reporting, climate risk, or IFRS sustainability disclosures is an advantage.
• Strong background in data consolidation, validation, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, with good presentation and communication skills for engaging internal stakeholders and presenting sustainability updates, research findings, and reporting results.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization), PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including GRI, SASB, IFRS S1 and S2, UN SDGs, and related disclosure requirements.
• Experience with ESG reporting systems, data management, visualization, or analytics platforms (e.g., Diligent, Accuvio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to support cross-functional sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
