We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Home-Based Online English Instructors to be part of our growing team!

Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (2:00PM-11:00PM)

Part time schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00PM-9:00PM)

No experience? No problem!
All qualified applicants will undergo a comprehensive four-week online training
before starting.

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (via Zoom)
Paid Training: PHP 200–250/day (released upon passing the evaluation)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one phone and video classes for Korean students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress
• Perform other related tasks

FT Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary package: PHP 15,500.00 with or without students.
• Government mandated benefits per month.
• Paid leave credits upon regularization (VL/SL).
• Compliment/referral/recognition incentive, holiday pay and 13th month.
• Monthly Productivity Incentive from PHP 500.00 to PHP 8,400.00 per month.
• Depending on performance evaluation results, you may receive the following:
  • Perfect Attendance Incentive per month from PHP 500 to PHP 1,500 per month.
  • Performance allowance, Internet allowance, Meal/Rice Allowance up to PHP 2,000 each depending on performance evaluation.

PT Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting hourly rate: PHP 160.00 - PHP 140.00/hr
• Maximum of PHP 180.00 and minimum of PHP 110.00/hr
  • Hourly rate range can be increased depending on the results of the quarterly performance evaluation.
• If your productivity is between 70%-79%, you'll receive an extra PHP 500.00.
• If your productivity is 80% or above, you'll earn PHP 1,000.00.
• Compliment/referral/recognition incentive and holiday pay.

Salary Payout

• Every 15th and 30th of the month

• Headset: A noise-cancelling headset
