- Collaborate with account managers to qualify opportunities and understand client needs.
- Design and propose technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, VOIP, and business continuity.
- Deliver client presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
- Prepare proposals, BOM, SOW, and solution designs tailored to requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, licensing, and solution compatibility.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Provide support for bids, tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Stay updated on technology trends and competitive landscape.
- Ensure smooth transition to post-sales and implementation teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or IT roles
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Experience in solution design, proposals (BOM/SOW), and vendor coordination
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS, Azure) are an advantage
