Job Description
- Monitor business analysis activities to ensure the traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with change request backlog.
- Analyze project scope.
- Identify effort estimation and required resources.
- Create Project Charter & Project Plan.
- Coordinates the project team.
- Review and ensure each project deliverable comply with the client & governance.
- Identify project risks & issues and provide the mitigation and resolution plan.
- Provide weekly project update reports.
- Communicate the project reports to project stakeholders includes in the Steering Committee.
- Manage change request, provide impact analysis and proposed solution to the change request.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years in PM Application
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science
- Previous Banking Project experience is a must.
- Fluent English
- Full WFO in Jakarta Sudirman
- Strong analytical thinking skills in order to deeply understand end-to-end processes and conduct impact analysis
- Strong communication skills (Bahasa and English) to effectively convey your ideas and influence peers and relevant stakeholders
- Advanced Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Excel, Jira, BQ, SAS, or SQL is a plus
