Job Description
The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business development and marketing initiatives to elevate the consultancy's services and expand its footprint in targeted regions. This position involves establishing strategic alliances with key stakeholders such as PTE centers, IELTS centers, universities, colleges, and students. A key aspect of the role is achieving and exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Identify growth opportunities and foster partnerships with PTE centers, IELTS centers, universities, colleges, and relevant institutions.
Develop and execute strategies to amplify the consultancy's clientele and revenue streams through effective lead generation and networking.
Conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of the consultancy's services among target demographics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft region-specific marketing materials across various platforms.
Harness the power of social media and digital marketing tools to engage with potential clients and generate leads.
3. Partnership Management:
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual support.
Coordinate events and workshops with partner institutions to promote educational opportunities and visa consultancy services.
Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure alignment of objectives and explore avenues for growth.
4. Client Relationship Management:
Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance throughout the application process.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by delivering value-added services and staying abreast of industry developments.
5. University and College Collaboration:
Forge strong relationships with university and college partners, advocating for the interests of both the consultancy and students.
Facilitate communication between partner institutions and prospective students, assisting with admissions and visa applications.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint initiatives such as scholarship programs and student exchange programs.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma/Bachelor's/Master’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 months in business development, marketing, or partnership management within the education or consultancy industry.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the education sector, visa application process, and international student recruitment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Networking Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team Collaboration: Willingness to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications: Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field. Not necessarily needed but should be able to convince recruitment team.
Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 months of experience in business development, marketing, partnership management, or related roles within the education or consultancy industry.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the education sector, visa application process, international student recruitment, and relevant regulations and requirements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate agreements, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Networking Skills: Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport, influence decision-makers, and build trust with partners and clients.
