- Responsible to indentify business requirements.
- Create detailed planning for digital product project.
- Provide solutions that expedite project delivery.
- Being part of business partner team that expected to provide support and share knowledge.
- Giving recommendation for improvements and solutions of product optimization.
- Having project management skills, which is responsible for the entire project for the success of system development.
- Communicate and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop a project plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of working experience as a business analyst, product owner, and analyst business & system in software/product development projects, especially in the banking industry (collection, treasury, digital banking)
- Candidates with certification of Business Analyst Based on Knowledge (BABOK), Project Management Based on Knowledge (PMBOK) will be given priority.
- Good technical understanding of SDL
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including applying a digital understanding to the work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationship
