- Responsible for managing the database.
- Responsible for install, configure, maintain, and optimize database, ensuring availability, security, and performance
- Communicate and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop a project plan.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure data security by setting access permissions and implementing backup and recovery strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Teknik informatika, Teknik komputer, Sistem informasi, Teknologi informasi is preffered).
- Minimum 1 years of working experience as a Database Administrator or related fields.
- Experience in Oracle Database Cluster (RAC) installation and configuration.
- Experience with backup & recovery using RMAN, Oracle Performance Tuning through AWR log analysis.
- Experience in Oracle security (user roles, privileges, auditing, data encryption).
- Experience with Oracle RAC, Active Data Guard for replication, high availabilty, and disaster recovery).
- Experience in monitoring Oracle Database performance using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Dynatrace, FogLight, Elastic, or built-in monitoring to ensure app health and implement fixes as required.
- Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, for scripting and automation.
- Experience in patch management, database upgrade, and migrations.
- Having an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database Administrators is preffered.
- Good understanding of data security principles, rules, and responsibilities
