- Develop and monitor the Project Deliverable Responsibility Matrix.
- Establish the Project Governance and Escalation Structure.
- Fully understand the entire project scope, including objectives, timeline, cost, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage resource staffing and mobilization planning.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project implementation work plan.
- Monitor and manage project status, issues, risks, action items, and change request control log.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in making decisions and guiding project teams.
- Identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to overcome obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform risk management by identifying and assessing project risks and supporting the team in developing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Handle vendor management processes, including contracts, payments, and system access.
- Coordinate with the compliance team to plan and manage regulatory requirements and approval processes from regulatory bodies such as Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to seek guidance and approvals as needed.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of required documentation for regulatory approvals.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience working as a PMO or Project Coordinator in IT-related projects.

Mandatory experience with T24 Temenos system implementation.

Solid understanding of project management principles, including documentation, timelines, risk control, and stakeholder communication.

Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory institutions like BI/OJK.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience in vendor management, including contract handling, payment processing, and access setup.

Familiar with regulatory processes and documentation required for compliance in the banking or financial services sector.
