- Retrieve and manage data queries based on requests from users and the development team
- Perform performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
- Handle change requests and implement enhancements for existing and new features
- Support system configuration for new partnerships and integrations
- Collaborate and conduct brainstorming sessions with the development team
- Monitor application deployments to ensure smooth releases
- Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing APIs
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field

3-5 years of experience as System Analyst or Technical Analyst

Strong knowledge of databases and query languages, including PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views), MySQL

Experience using Postman for API testing

Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Willing to work in Banking Industry
