Kami sedang mencari kandidat Administrasi Sales yang teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja secara terorganisir untuk mendukung kelancaran aktivitas tim sales.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengelola administrasi dan dokumen terkait aktivitas sales.
- Membuat dan menginput penawaran, sales order, invoice, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya.
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, client, tim sales dan bagian terkait.
- Membuat laporan secara berkala (harian/mingguan/bulanan)
- Menindaklanjuti kebutuhan administrasi customer dan tim sales.
- Menyimpan serta mengarsipkan dokumen secara rapi dan sistematis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Administrasi / Management.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Sales.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel.
- Tertarik dengan perkembangan teknologi.
- Teliti, rapi, cekatan, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dengan target/deadline.
