Power BI Developer  

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX queries, and Power Query (M) transformations.
• Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and dashboards.
• Implement row-level security and manage access control.
• Monitor and optimize report performance, scalability, and usability.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to end users to ensure effective use of BI solutions.
• Stay updated with Power BI and Microsoft BI ecosystem enhancements to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Has experience in Financial Services Company (Banking / Multifinance) experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar Business Intelligence role.
• Proven experience working in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) such as banking, insurance, or multifinance.
• Proficient in Power BI Desktop for developing interactive reports and dashboards.
• Experienced with Power BI Service for publishing, sharing, and managing dashboards and workspaces.
• Strong command of Advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures.
• Hands-on experience building KPI tracking dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Ability to connect and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases, Excel, and APIs.
• Good knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
