- Good in HR administrations (Filling, Managing the database, Job Posting, Screening CV).
- Be responsible for the execution of recruitment and selection activities including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring
- Select application letters and contact candidate fulfilled the qualification to come for a psychological test, scoring psychological test, give recommendation result from psychological test
- Inform the user about the applicant's qualifications and prepare a schedule for the committee interview
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Psychology
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Experienced in outsourcing company is a plus
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Good oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesia
