- Melakukan analisis dan verifikasi dokumen klaim reimbursement rawat inap sesuai dengan ketentuan polis.
- Memastikan kelengkapan dan validitas dokumen medis serta administrasi klaim.
- Menganalisis tindakan medis, diagnosis, dan biaya perawatan berdasarkan manfaat serta ketentuan polis yang berlaku.
- Menentukan kelayakan klaim dan besaran manfaat yang dapat dibayarkan sesuai ketentuan.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait apabila terdapat dokumen yang kurang lengkap atau membutuhkan klarifikasi.
- Memastikan proses penyelesaian klaim sesuai dengan SLA dan prosedur perusahaan.
- Melakukan pencatatan dan pembaruan status klaim serta menyusun laporan apabila diperlukan.
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 Keperawatan.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Claim Analyst Reimbursement untuk asuransi kesehatan individu.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani klaim rawat inap (inpatient).
- Memahami prosedur klaim, ketentuan polis, manfaat, dan pengecualian asuransi kesehatan.
- Teliti, analitis, dan mampu bekerja sesuai target serta SLA yang ditentukan.
