Technical Writer  

Responsibilities

Create and maintain documentation including user guides, release notes, FAQs, SOPs, API documentation, and product manuals.

Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and UX teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.

Translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable content for end-users and internal teams.

Ensure documentation aligns with established style guides, templates, and branding standards.

Update documentation in line with new product releases or feature enhancements.

Organize and manage documentation repositories on platforms such as Confluence, Notion, or internal knowledge bases.

Assist in improving documentation structure, readability, and consistency.

Conduct content reviews and ensure materials are free from errors and easy to follow.

6–12 months of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation-related role.

Familiarity with creating user guides, release notes, API documentation, SOPs, or product manuals.

Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and clarity in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common IT terminologies.

Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for non-technical users.

Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar.

Detail-oriented, structured, and able to follow documentation templates or style guides.

Good communication and collaboration skills with product, QA, and developer teams.
