Accountant II  

• Directs, Supervise & Instittutes Fiscal & Internal Control Measures of the hospital.
• Performs pre-audit functions & conducts periodic audit of bonded officials, cash on hand & other cas item.
• Directs & supervise the work of the fiscal clerk
• Calls attention to the misuse of physical asset andd actively participates in the inventory taking of all physical assets of the hospital.
• Checks and determine the collecting officers accountabiloity for accountable forms and traces official receipts and other accountable forms ans inspects packs of official receipt for detached sheet.
• Signs or countersigns checks, vouchers & cash advances if designated by the director of hospital.
• Perfoms other related duites.

Candidate must be a Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration major in Accounting; R.A. 1080 (Accountant)
