- Fluent written and verbal English
- At least 2 years of experience in product catalog or database management role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge. Must be efficient and fluent with vlookups, hlookups, sumifs, countifs, textjoin, findtext, split text, filtering, left/mid/right, and concatenate functions. Ideally, skilled and experienced at using Excel formulas to clean up and standardize data. All about data manipulation
- Attention to detail: the role requires significant amounts of accurate data entry
- Experience with furniture catalogs is a significant plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Create manual products in NetSuite that customers request
- Take new vendor data catalog spreadsheets, convert & standardize via Excel & Google
- Sheets, and import into NetSuite
- Take existing vendor new product data catalog spreadsheets, convert & standardize, and import into NetSuite
- Troubleshoot and fix product catalog errors
- Update vendor inventory via excel data manipulation and CSV import
- Update vendor product pricing via CSV imports
