We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist with an Architecture or Engineering background to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our company’s services and project portfolio to prospective clients, particularly through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients, with an educational background in Architecture or Engineering preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
- Educational background in Architecture or Engineering (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with international clients.(preferred)
- Knowledge or background in construction, facade systems, or related industries is a strong plus
