- Oversee the complete cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment to meet and exceed departmental goals.
- Handle complex billing issues and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve disputes and minimize denials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing team lead role.
- Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
- Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
