Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Skin Care Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and sales who are passionate about skincare and delivering outstanding client interactions. The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor, a well-prepared home office setup, and a commitment to integrity and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert skincare advice and engage with clients to recommend products and treatments that meet their needs.
- Utilize CRM systems and call platforms to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations with a professional and engaging presence.
- Achieve sales targets and actively participate in our commission-based incentive program.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our skincare products and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
- Manage personal workspace efficiently with a reliable internet connection and proficiency in basic software applications like Google Sheets and Excel.
Work Schedule:
- Standard hours are 1 PM to 9:30 PM US PST, with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service and sales experience.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Tagalog being highly advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with skincare products and a genuine interest in skincare.
- Experience with CRM software, call platforms, and EHR systems is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in beauty, skincare, or a related field is beneficial.
- Must have a home office setup conducive to a professional work environment.
- Professional proficiency in Tagalog
- Professional proficiency in English
- 1+ years of work experience with Customer Service
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Experience in Sales and Skin Care is valued
- Reliable internet connection and adequate space setup for remote work.
