This role combines client servicing, project coordination, and business development. The Account Executive will support the successful delivery of projects while contributing to the development of new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships, working closely with senior team members and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and client objectives, with guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain effective and professional relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day coordination.
• Translate client requirements into clear and actionable briefs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor project progress, consolidate feedback, and facilitate timely revisions and approvals.
• Prepare project-related documentation, including status reports, contact reports, and meeting summaries.
• Provide on-ground support during shoots, events, and other project-related activities as required.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and presentations with guidance from cross-department leaders as needed.
• Support business development initiatives by assisting in pitch preparation and identifying potential opportunities, with direction from senior team members.
• Recommend appropriate solutions and help identify opportunities for additional services aligned with client needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities within internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support additional tasks or special assignments as directed by Management.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, or business development (agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions effectively.
