Job Description

Encourage all proposals and capability statement opportunities to come through marketing to ensure they are on brand and add personalisation to the client with tailored pictures, references, and alignment. We can also include reporting as part of this process to capture output and success. This will include:

  • Content writing
  • Image sourcing
  • Formatting
  • Inputting stakeholder information and feedback
  • Branding
  • Document formatting and creation (includes brochures/ client material/ campaign initiatives), including:
  • Adhoc requests from Partners
  • Document support specifically for campaigns
  • Document support specifically for business divisions
  • HR support for the induction presentation
  • General HR campaign ideas support to help recruitment and employer brand
  • Content management
  • Liaise with the business to support the creation of new content that resonates and performs. This includes timeline management, editing, managing approvals and reporting
  • Campaign deliverables
  • Create images across all campaign assets using Photoshop templates i.e. email banner, social, internal comms, website etc
  • Copywriting
  • Website news article creation
  • SEO updates
  • Building the monthly client newsletter
  • Design of promotional banners and email signature banners
  • Video creation
  • Email marketing
  • Campaign management of segmented campaigns including managing targeted lists, personalised email content and as appropriate landing pages – ideally setting up marketing automation customer journeys

  • Liaise with stakeholders to crosscheck client lists

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent from a reputable college/university.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be familiar with marketing communications planning
  • Must be comfortable in public speaking and handling various personalities.
  • Must be results oriented, driven and detailed.
  • With excellent communication and comprehension skills (both written and oral).
